How can I get online banking?

If you are new to Internet banking, click on the orange Online Banking icon located in the top right section of all website pages. Once the Log In window appears, you may click Enroll and fill out the inquiry form. After this information is submitted, you will receive an email from us. This email will contain a link that you must click on to authenticate your application. Once you have clicked the link, you will be directed to our site and provided with your Netteller ID. You will then be able to login right away!

If we still need additional information from you after reviewing your inquiry form, we will process the application manually and will send you a follow-up letter in the mail with your Netteller ID.

How can I login to online banking?

After you enter your PIN number on the first screen of online banking, you will be shown a list of your accounts and the balance in each. If you want more detail or want to carry out a transaction, just select the function from the pull-down menu for the account you are interested in. Any additional pages will have drop-down menus on them that lead you through your transaction.

What happens if I don't log off of the system?

Online banking has a 10-minute time-out feature. If you are logged in for 10 consecutive minutes without using online banking, you will have to log in again to resume banking.

What happens if I forget my online banking PIN?

You are allowed 3 attempts to enter your PIN. On the third attempt, if invalid, you will be locked out of the system. Immediate access may be regained by calling the bank customer service representative to assist you at 432.333.9901 during regular business hours, Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm EST.

You also have the option of going to Netteller and clicking 'Reset Password.' All you have to do is follow the simple instructions from there. 

When will transfers show in my account?

The transfer cut-off time for current day's business is 8:00 p.m. CST. Any transfers made after this time will not be transacted until the next business day.

How much does online banking cost?

Online Banking service is FREE for Security Bank customers. 

How do I add the optional bill payment service if I did not select it when I applied for online banking? 

You can apply for the bill payment services by completing and submitting the online application or by visiting one of our branch offices. You must be an authorized signer on the account.

How much history can I see online? 

You will be able to access up to 30 days transactions as well as having access to 3 months previous statements. The statement history file will begin to build from the date that you sign up for online banking.

What types of accounts can I view with online banking?

With online banking, you can view your checking, savings, CD accounts, IRA accounts, as well as loans.

How often is my account information updated? 

The available balance for checking and savings accounts is real time and will change throughout the day based on the activity. For example, as the client uses their ATM or debit card or transfers money between accounts, the available balance will be updated to reflect the activity. 

Where can I obtain additional consumer information on online banking?

"Tips for Safe Banking Over the Internet" The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) has published an online brochure aimed at informing consumers of their rights and responsibilities when banking over the internet.

Mobile Check Deposit


How do I make a deposit?

You must be enrolled in Security Bank's Online Banking and have downloaded the MySBank Mobile app.

  1. Enter User ID & Password
  2. Select Mobile Deposit
  3. Choose "Deposit Check"
  4. Select account to receive deposit
  5. Enter amount of check
  6. Take a picture of front and back of endorsed check.
  7. Remember to include “For Mobile Deposit Only- Security Bank” on the endorsement, along with your signature.
  8. Agree to Terms and Conditions.
  9. You will receive confirmation that your deposit has been submitted for review. 

When will my deposit show in my account?

Deposits made before 6:00 p.m. CT, will be posted to your account on the next business day. Deposits made after 6:00 p.m. CT and on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day for posting the following business day. 

Do I get immediate credit when I deposit a check drawn on Security Bank? 

No. Mobile Check Deposit uses the same method to process all deposited checks. Deposits made before 6:00 p.m. CT, will be posted to your account on the next business day. Deposits made after 6:00 p.m. CT and on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day for posting the following business day. 

Will I be notified if my check deposit is declined?

Yes, you will be notified by email.

Can I add other accounts to my Mobile Check Deposit?

Yes. You may contact Customer Care, 888.303.8298 to add accounts beyond your primary account.

What type of accounts can be added to my Mobile Check Deposit? 

Checking and Savings.

Can I deposit a check that is not made payable to me? 

No. The check must be made payable to the owner of the account receiving the deposit. 

Can I access Mobile Check Deposit on Security Bank's Mobi Site? 

No. You must download Security Bank's free MySBank Mobile app, available for the iPhone® or Android™.

What is the cost for Mobile Check Deposit? 

  1. There is no fee for consumers.
  2. Business customers will be charged $7.95 monthly.

What is the enrollment time for Mobile Check Deposit?

The enrollment process takes up to 24 business hours.




What are eStatements? 

eStatements are just like your original paper statement, only emailed to you rather than delivered by U.S. Mail. They can be viewed, printed, or saved to your hard drive. 

What will eStatements cost me?

eStatements are free!

Is it secure?

Your Security Bank online ID and password are your keys to eStatements. eStatements also use a security phrase, which identifies that the email being sent to you has originated from Security Bank.

Can I get my eStatement anywhere?

Yes, because eStatements are emailed to you, you can access your statement from anywhere in the world. All you need is a computer equipped with the recommended system requirements and an internet connection.

What are the system requirements?

Adobe Acrobat Reader® version 6.0 or higher is required to open and view your statement(s)/notice(s)*. We also recommend that you use the latest browser version available that supports 128 bit SSL Encryption. You will need email access with at least 1MB of free space to receive your statement(s)/notice(s)

Can I receive images?

Images are available depending on the type of account that you own. To learn if images are available on your account, please contact Customer Care, 888.303.8298.

Can I print or save my eStatements?

Yes. You can save your statement to a folder on your computer by selecting 'Save As' from the 'File' menu option. To print your statement select 'File' from the menu options and select 'Print'.

Can I have my eStatements emailed to another address?

Yes. Within eStatements you have the option to add one additional recipient. You will have the ability to maintain the email address and assign an ID and PIN for this additional recipient along with what documents they will receive. You can also save your statement to a file on your computer and email it to whomever you choose. 

Will I still get my paper statement via U.S. Mail?

eStatements eliminates the need to mail a paper statement. Once enrolled, you will receive your next statement by U.S. Mail AND by email; and from then on, you will only receive your statement by email. Although you are opting out from receiving your statement(s)/notice(s) by U.S. Mail, you have the option to receive a paper statement, at any time, by request (request for paper statements may result in a fee).

How can I regenerate a deleted confirmation email or create another confirmation email that was not initially received? 

It's simple! Just follow these easy steps:

  1. Go to your online banking sign in
  2. Click on eDocuments
  3. Go to email
  4. Change your security phrase
  5. Save settings

What do I do if I did not get my confirmation email?

Check your junk/bulk mail and retrieve. Call your Internet Provider and ask why you are not getting emails from

Why did I get an eStatement for one of my accounts and not all of them?

This is probably because you have accounts that have not been selected for online delivery. To receive all your account statements electronically: 

  1. Go to your Online Banking and sign in
  2. Go to eDocuments
  3. Go to Documents and Settings
  4. Under Document Selected for Delivery, check the box to Select All

How can I make sure is not blocked from my pop up blocker?

There are two ways to do this:

Option A 

  1. Go to Start
  2. Click on Control Panel
  3. Go to Internet Options
  4. Go to Privacy Tab
  5. Click on sites
  6. Enter ""
  7. Click Allow
  8. Click OK

Option B 

  1. Go to Start
  2. Control Panel
  3. Internet Options
  4. Go to Security Tab
  5. Go to Trusted Sites
  6. Click on Site
  7. Enter ""
  8. Click Save or OK

How long are my eStatements in my Netteller? 

Statements are saved for 18 months.
