If you have lost or think your card has been stolen, please report it immediately.
You can report your card several ways:
Call Customer Care
Call our customer care team at (888) 303-8298 during the business hours of 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. After hours, call (866) 546-8273.
Security Bank Mobile Banking App
You can report your card lost or stolen by simply logging into your Security Bank Mobile Banking App on your mobile device. When logged in, choose "Manage Debit Cards" to select option to report lost/stolen card.
You can report your card lost or stolen by logging into your online banking account. When logged in, choose Options, ATM/Debit Card.
