- Text Banking
We offer SMS Text Banking*, which allows registered users to receive account information via text messaging.
When you send us a text/SMS message requesting information, we send a reply text with the requested information within seconds.
Response: Available balance for all enrolled accounts
Request: BAL + last 4 digits of account (e.g. BAL 3465)
Response: Available balance for the specified account
Response: Five most recent transactions for all enrolled accounts
Request: HIST + last 4 digits of account (e.g. HIST 3465)
Response: Five most recent transactions for the specified account
Response: A list of text commands (BAL, HIST, SUSPEND)
Response: SMS service for the enrolled user will be immediately suspended
Request: XFER CK1 CK2 + amount to transfer (e.g. XFER CK1 CK2 5.00)
Response: Transfer funds between enrolled accounts belonging to the same customer
commands are not case sensitive
Additionally, you may sign up to receive text messages containing Balance Alerts via online banking.
To enroll, simply text "ENROLL MYSBK" to 39257 from your mobile device.
We'll call you within one business day to verify information and then activate the service.
Then, text any of the commands above to the same number as needed (no login credentials are necessary).
