Access

  • If you are not already a Security Bank online banking customer, please click here to enroll.
  • iPhone users: Once enrolled in online banking, download the "MySBank Mobile" app in the iTunes® App Store and log in using your online banking ID and password. This app is compatible with iPhone 3GS and newer, iPod Touch® 3rd Generation and newer, and iPad®. Requires iOS® 5.0 or later.
  • Android™ users: Once enrolled in online banking, download our "MySBank Mobile" app in the Android Market and log in using your online banking ID and password. This app requires Android OS™ Version 2.2 or greater.

Access

Visit http://mysbank.mobi from your mobile browser and log in using your online banking ID and password.

Text Banking

We offer SMS Text Banking, which allows registered users to receive account information via text messaging.

Features

When you send us a text/SMS message requesting information, we send a reply text with the requested information within seconds.


Request: BAL

Response: Available balance for all enrolled accounts


Request: HIST

Response: Five most recent transactions for all enrolled accounts


Request: HIST + last 4 digits of account (e.g. BAL 3465)

Response: Five most recent transactions for the specified account


Request: HELP

Response: A list of text commands (BAL, HIST, SUSPEND)


Request: SUSPEND

Response: SMS service for the enrolled user will be immediately suspended.


commands are not case sensitive


Additionally, you may sign up to receive text messages containing Balance Alerts via online banking.


Access

To enroll, simply text "ENROLL MYSBK" to 39257 from your mobile device.

We'll call you within one business day to verify information and then activate the service.

Then, text any of the commands above to the same number as needed (no login credentials are necessary).
