Follow these easy steps and enjoy the convenience of depositing your checks on your time.

Step 1: If you are not already a Security Bank online banking customer, please enroll by visiting www.mysbank.com. Once enrolled in online banking download the MySBank Mobile app in the iTunes® App Store. This app is compatible with iPhone® 3GS and newer, iPod Touch® 3rd Generation and newer and iPad®. Requires iOS® 5.0 or later.

Step 2: Log in to your mobile banking app using your online banking ID and password.

Step 3: Select "Mobile Deposit" from the Internet Banking Menu.

Step 4: Choose "Deposit Check."

Step 4: Select Account to receive deposit and enter the amount of the check.

Step 5: Take a picture of front and back of the endorsed check and click submit.

Step 6: Click "I Agree" regarding the Mobile Deposit Agreement and receive confirmation that deposit has been submitted for review .

How do I make a deposit?

You must be enrolled in Security Bank's Online Banking and have downloaded the MySBank Mobile app.

1. Enter User ID & Password

2. Select Mobile Deposit

3. Choose "Deposit Check"

4. Select account to receive deposit

5. Enter amount of check

6. Take a picture of front and back of endorsed check

7. Agree to Terms and Conditions.

8. You will receive confirmation that your deposit has been submitted for review.


When will my deposit show in my account?

Deposits made before 6:00 p.m. CT, will be posted to your account on the next business day. Deposits made after 6:00 p.m. CT and on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day for posting the following business day.


Do I get immediate credit when I deposit a check drawn on Security Bank?

No. Mobile Check Deposit uses the same method to process all deposited checks. Deposits made before 6:00 p.m. CT, will be posted to your account on the next business day. Deposits made after 6:00 p.m. CT and on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day for posting the following business day.


What are the transaction and deposit limits for mobile check deposit?

a. Consumers using mobile check deposit are limited to 5 transactions per day/ 10 per month and $4,000 per check/ $8,000 total per month.

b. Business customers using mobile check deposit are limited to 10 transactions per day/ 25 per month and $4,000 per check /$20,000 per month.


Will I be notified if my check deposit is declined?

Yes, you will be notified by email.


Can I add other accounts to my Mobile Check Deposit?

Yes. You may contact Customer Care, 888.303.8298 to add accounts beyond your primary account.


What type of accounts can be added to my Mobile Check Deposit?

Checking and Savings.


Can I deposit a check that is not made payable to me?

No. The check must be made payable to the owner of the account receiving the deposit.


Can I access Mobile Check Deposit on Security Bank's Mobi Site?

No. You must download Security Bank's free MySBank Mobile app, available for the iPhone® or Android.


What is the cost for Mobile Check Deposit?

a. There is no fee for consumers.

b. Business customers will be charged $7.95 monthly.


What is the enrollment time for Mobile Check Deposit?

The enrollment process takes up to 24 business hours.
