How long will it take to receive my new Personalized Debit Card?

Your new card will arrive in 10 business days.

How do I know if I am eligible?

You are eligible if you are a current Security Bank consumer witha debit card.

How much does a Personalized Debit Card cost?

There is no charge for Personalized Debit Card.

How often can I change the image on my card?

You can change the image as often as you would like.

What if I pay recurring bills with my Security Bank Debit Card?

When your new card arrives, contact the vendor initiating the bill payment and switch the transaction with the updated card information. Your debit card number and personal pin will stay the same. You will have a new expiration date and security code.

What happens when my Personal Debit Card expires?

You will automatically receive a replacement card with the same image on it and an updated expiration date.

Can the joint account holder on my account have a custom card with a different image than me?

Yes, each signer on the account can have their own Personalized Debit Card.

If my card is damaged, what should I do?

In order to have your existing card reissued with the same card number and pin, please visit one of our branches or contact Customer care at 888.303.8298.

If I lose my card or it is stolen, what should I do?

a. Report a lost or stolen card immediately at 888.297.3416.
b. To order a new standard debit card, please visit one of our branches or contact Customer Care at 888.303.8298.
